Concierge services
To make sure our guests have access to all services, including those not included in the ones provided by the hotel, the concierge service has been organized.
Among the services that can be organized by the concierge are:
• Advice on restaurants, table reservations
• Theater ticket reservation and delivery
• Plane and train ticket reservations and delivery
• Cell phone chargers
• Bodyguard services
• and much more
In April 2004 the Radisson Lazurnaya Hotel concierge team became part of the Regional Society organization (Gold Key Concierge), Russia’s branch of the International Union of Concierge Grand Hotel Les Clefs d’Or. 22 concierges are part of this association in Russia and colleagues of more than 3,500 people over the entire world.
