The Peter the Great Restaurant is a refined evening restaurant of quality cuisine. The restaurants special style is a blended mix of different schools of cooking and gastronomic traditions, mostly Russian and European.
The chief cook of the Peter the Great Restaurant has recovered dozens of original recipes of dishes of the time of the last tsar, Nicholas II. Guests can try with delight the Peter veal and the crispy kulebyaka from salmon and royal sturgeon with buckwheat noodles.
Since conception, the Peter the Great Restaurant has adhered to the demands of quality cooking. Special attention is paid to the romantic setting and artistic presentation of the dishes. This is the ideal place for important meetings and dates. Experienced waiters invite guests to try elite wine from France, Italy, Spain and the Americas, which complement the taste of the dishes and leave a satisfying aftertaste. Dinner is under the quivering live sound of the violin, accompanied by a piano and double bass.
The Peter the Great Restaurant is located on the first floor, near the panoramic elevator and is open Wednesday through Sunday, from 7pm to 1am.
